Kinblethmont house comfortably accommodates up to 28 people in 14 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The rooms are arranged in five discrete areas so a degree of privacy can be achieved for different families / groups.(CLICK HERE FOR LAYOUT OF BEDROOMS). The house is used as a family home so you will find all the personal touches that make staying in this house so special.

Having had many family parties here ourselves, we can thoroughly recommend Kinblethmont as the perfect large holiday home for gatherings of friends or family reunions for short breaks or weekly lets. In the summer you can play croquet or badminton, visit the unspoilt beach at Lunan Bay or just relax on the sheltered terrace in the sun with a coffee or gin and tonic while the children (of all ages!) play. All around you can hear wonderful birdsong and if you are patient you can hear the drumming of the woodpeckers that regularly visit the feeders outside the kitchen.The house is set amidst mature woodland with specimen trees and there are some lovely woodland walks around the estate at all times of year. In the winter you may prefer to cuddle up in front of a roaring log fire and play parlour games or try your luck at snooker or table tennis. The more adventurous may even decide to check out the snow at Glen Shee or the Lecht. Whatever the weather the children will have huge fun exploring the extensive woodland policies or playing hide and seek.

All house lets include linen, towels, electricity, central heating, logs for fires and the help of a caretaker. We can also arrange a chef, catered meals, child and baby facilities (cots, high chairs etc) and office facilities.

As Kinblethmont is a family home there is limited availability during the year so please book early to avoid disappointment. I am sorry but Christmas and New year 2009/10 and 200/11 are already booked.

Weekend breaks from £2,295

Please note that you must ask if you are to have a party in the house during a house let. There may be an extra charge if the party involves guests that are not staying in the house.
