We are very pleased to be able to let Kinblethmont
for the period around the Open Golf Championship in Carnoustie
(19-22July 2007). We are 14 miles from Carnoustie Championship
golf course with easy access to the A92 Dual carriageway between
Arbroath and Carnoustie. We are very
secluded here at Kinblethmont, the house being surrounded
by peaceful lawns and woodlands.
The house is very spacious and is decorated
in grand style with antique furniture and paintings. The lower
ground floor of the house contains a large TV/ relaxing area
with full sized snooker table and table tennis - it opens
out onto a large sheltered terrace and croquet lawn. Conveniently
situated just opposite Kinblethmont Estate is Letham Grange
golf course.
The house does have 14 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms
(one in ensuite near kitchen area) though smaller groups may
prefer to use fewer bedrooms thus allowing each bedroom to
have a private bathroom.
