Kinblethmont Room Layout

There 13 bedrooms available and most of these are situated on the first floor. The South and West wings comprising 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are of grand style.

The East wing is less grand but very comfortable and has 6 bedrooms sharing two bathrooms
.
There is also a twin with ensuite bathroom near the kitchen area which can be used for staff or those with mobility problems.

Details of the bedrooms in each wing are given below, though we can be flexible to suit your requirements as the larger bedrooms can easily take an extra childs bed or two.

Room Layout at Kinblethmont

The South wing

Double bedroom suite	This suite has a small entrance hall leading to a large sunny bedroom with garden views and an impressive super king size four poster bed. It also has a bright bathroom with bath.
Double bedroom 1	Large double bedroom with four poster bed and splendid views over the woodland gardens -bathroom shared with single/twin bedroom.
Single/twin bedroom	Large room with a single four poster bed. Another bed can easily be added to make this a twin room. This room can be connected to the double bedroom suite to make a family suite or share a bathroom with double bedroom 1.
Double bedroom 2	Double bedroom 2 is not available for 2009
Twin room 1	Room with twin beds close to double bedroom 2. Bathroom shared with double bedroom 2.
Bathrooms	The south wing has three bathrooms. One in the double bedroom suite and two further bathroom with deep antique baths

The West wing

Double bedroom 3	Large double bedroom with antique bed and views over the woodland gardens. (bed not suitable for very tall people)
Double bedroom 4	Lovely large bedroom decorated in oriental style with garden views
Bathrooms	There is a lovely tower bathroom with bath to be shared by the two West wing bedrooms

The East wing

Double bedroom 5	Large bedroom with king size double bed and washbasin
Double bedroom 6	Large bedroom with double bed
Twin bedroom 2	Twin bedroom with matching twin beds that can be pushed together if necessary.
Bathroom	The lower floor of this wing has a splendid black and white bathroom with bath and over bath

The East Wing
Upper floor

Double bedroom 7	Double bedroom on the upper floor of the East Wing, there is a separate WC on this floor.
Twin bedroom 4	Twin bedroom on upper floor of East wing (beds can be pushed together if required)
Twin bedroom 5	Twin bedroom on upper floor of East wing (beds can be pushed together if required)
Bathroom	The three bedrooms on the upper floor or the East Wing share a shower room.

Downstairs Bedroom

Twin bedroom 3

Comfortable twin bedroom with good size en-suite bathroom with bath. It is situated near the kitchen area. Beds can be pushed together if necessary.

If you feel that you need more bathrooms or showers for your number of guests you may wish to consider additionally renting the COTTAGES adjacent to Kinblethmont House. These provide 5 extra bedrooms each with an en-suite or private bathroom.
